What kind of Files do you accept in the upload section?

We accept Adobe Illustrator EPS, Adobe PhotoShop, TIFF, Adobe InDesign EPS, QuarkXPress, Adobe Photoshop, PSD, JPEG and Adobe PDF. All files must be created at 300dpi in CMYK color format (see our glossary). If sending a Quark document, please make sure to include all fonts and pictures. If sending at EPS or PDF please make sure to create all fonts to outlines before sending.

What does 300 dpi mean?

300 dots per inch (DPI) is the minimum resolution to guarantee acceptable printing results. Originally creating your piece at low resolution and manually increasing the resolution up to 300 dpi will not improve the quality of the image. Your file will still have poor clarity. For the truest quality, the file must be created and saved at 300 dpi.

Can you guarantee color accuracy?

Because we “gang run” our printing, no colors are 100% guaranteed. However, you can maximize color quality by ensuring that all submitted files are in CMYK color mode and that the correct color calibration is set for the desired color match. When color is critical, we recommend that you order a color proof. There is an additional charge for a color proof and turnaround time of an order will be lengthened, but it is the only way to ensure color accuracy.

Do I need to submit my artwork with bleeds?

Most jobs are printed without bleeds, but if you need to have your artwork set up with bleeds, please indicate this on the order form in the special comments section. Additional costs may be incurred if your job must be printed with a bleed. To ensure you set up your job correctly please check out our template page.
